Wait. Who says you get to pilot?

I know it rained rather heavily last night (awesomesauce for bedtime). I'm sure people are aware that the roads will be wet and slippery come morning. So why the fuck do some still drive like a maniac? And caused heavy traffic congestion for the rest of us?

I can't believe the amount of road accidents (car overturned and 2 or 3 cars pile up accidents, on BOTH SIDE of the road, I might add) I heard over the radio this morning. And there I was, stuck in the same spot for nearly 15 minutes!

What gives??
