Last Saturday, a friend hosted barbecue at her place. We didn't notice it kinda coincide with Mother's Day until someone pointedly ask about it.
She asked if I can bring some desserts. I chose to make trifle as it is the simplest. Heh heh.

As you can see, there's a slight accident that time I poured the jelly on top of the custard, also not enough cream. I thought one can of whipped cream should be enough, but apparently not.
I couldn't find strawberry rolls at Tesco, so lantak je la dengan pandan flavoured roll. It made the whole thing colourful in the end, though. So all was well :-)
